Is it possible to be self-conscious of faces you cannot see and voices you cannot hear? Faces and voices belonging to a billion people?

New Beginnings
I am ashamed.
It has taken me a ridiculous length of time to arrive at the conclusion that blogging is the answer or pretty close to it.
Ssssh . . . listen. Can you hear that? It's coming from me. It's the sound of satisfaction. The deep velvety kind that settles out of nowhere after a good meal.
